In order to know which package is best for you we recommend setting some time with us to discuss your needs and goals.

The design meetings will consist of meeting via Google Meets or Zoom to discuss your requested graphics and marketing assistance for that month (two weeks for biweekly packages). The meeting can last somewhere between 30-60 minutes.

An active design is a project that is in the process of being designed. Let’s say you have requested 5 designs, if your package only allows 2 active designs only 2 will be designed at a time. Once they are complete we will move on to the next 2 requested graphics and so on.

A revision is where the customer reviews the design project and offers feedback or approves the project.
Revisions are the only times when the client can request changes to an active design project. Additional revision requests will require a fee of $20 per revision past the package revision limit.

Unfortunately, no you will not be able to request additional design projects.
We want to respect and honor the time of our creative’s work for our monthly customers and therefore don’t want unexpected projects arising. If you feel you need more graphics than the packages allow we can create a custom package for you.
One-time graphic design projects are also an option.

We love to make the design process as smooth as possible.
All design project requests will be submitted at the beginning of the meeting. We will meet together during our weekly/biweekly meetings to review and clarify the scope of each design project. Once we have met we will start designing them in the priority order.
You have the opportunity to revise your designs before the final graphics are delivered. You will receive your designs via email or access them on our online portal where you can download them.
